How long will it take to receive my vehicle?Once paper work has been signed and full payment has been made it usually takes anywhere between 7-21 working days, this is variable depending on your location and if you are in a metropolitan or rural area.
Do you guarantee delivery dates and times?Ceva, will do their best to meet agreed delivery times for car transport services and their track record is excellent, particularly for priority deliveries. However, sometimes circumstances out of their control can affect delivery times. Depending on your service option, you can track progress 24/7 online or be advised by their team if any unavoidable delays arise.
Does someone need to be present when the car is delivered?Yes.. At delivery, you or someone representing you needs to check the vehicle's condition, sign the condition form and take the keys back from their Ceva representative.
How do we agree on my vehicle's condition when it is picked up?Once Chidiac Motor Group has organised your vehicle transportation through Ceva, a Ceva representative will survey your vehicle upon it being dispatched. Once they have recorded your vehicle’s condition in their Vehicle Survey Report , a representative from Chidiac Motor Group will witness and sign the report ready for transportation.
What protection does CEVA provide if my vehicle is accidently damaged during transport?Enjoy peace of mind when you choose CEVA to transport your vehicle anywhere in Australia. Your vehicle will also be protected against accidental loss or damage up to a value of $60,000 when you move your vehicle with Ceva. However if your vehicle exceeds $60,000 full comprehensive insurance is recommended and best taken out prior your vehicle being transported.
